You just can't beat those moments when your kids are eager to create something. That was the case last friday " mom I want to make a cake". So we pull out the realiable Betty Croker cake mix and have at it. Side note let the kids crack the eggs into a seperate bowl so that you can remove unwanted egg shell ( this make for a better cake). So we pored we mixed and voi-la you have something delish. It has to be said though that one of the best parts of baking is having the pleasure of licking the spatula/spoon and bowl. Oh and then dipping them in the frosting tub, yes once the utensles we licked clean of cake mix they dipped oh and double dipped into the tub of frosting. Nothing better right!
Lets eat cake.
If you take a close look at the blackboard you can see how our big boy has learned to write his name. He loves to write his name every chance he gets. We really are so proud.
